Please make sure you search all bug reports, closed, open, or otherwise, before logging a bug or requesting a new feature. Users found to consistently add new issues/requests already reported will be blocked from the system.
With that out the way :) Feel free to add any and all bugs or feature requests to the database.
When adding a new bug, please follow these steps.
- Write a short and concise description of the problem in the Summary field. For example, if the application always asks you to delete Episode x from the database you could put "Repeatedly asked to delete Episode upon entering EpisodeSelection Screen".
- Select the current version of the application in the Version field. This will usually be the second choice from the top - as the top choice is reserved for the next build.
- Under Type, choose whatever describes the issue best. If it's a bug, select Bug, if it's a request for a new feature - choose New Feature.
- Choose the Priority of the report. Please, let's not everyone select Blocker for each and every issue logged - try to use common sense. For example, if you're requesting a new feature which would only benefit a handful of people, the correct priority would be Minor or Trivial.
- Try your best to select the correct Category for the report. At times it can be hard to decide whether it fits into one of the predefined categories, in which case add it to the Any category.
- Finally, the Description field. Explain the issue as clearly as possible with any steps necessary to reproduce it. Also, feel free to attach screenshots of the Error message (or other pertinant information) by ticking Attach files to this issue.
