This build still requires the netsh commands to be run if this is your first ever myTV installation (the five add commands should be sufficient).
Also, as there has been some confusion for new users lately - Microsoft SQL Server Express (2008 recommended) needs to be installed and configured (default config is fine) before installing myTV. The SQL Server can either be installed on your local HTPC or any other computer on your LAN. If you have My Movies installed, the same server can be used by following these instructions.
